Yes, with a pendant adapter. That is an adapter you click into the track and hang a pendant light from, so it takes its power from the track. The advantage over a fixed ceiling point: afterwards you slide the light to wherever you want it.

Why you would want that
A pendant light above a dining table or a counter normally hangs from a fixed ceiling point. If the table ends up a meter to the side after a renovation, the light hangs next to it and the chasing and patching begins.
On a track it is a matter of unclipping and sliding. In a restaurant or shop, where the layout changes regularly, that is the whole argument for track.
What you need
For 3-phase there is the pendant adapter, which you attach a pendant light to. The adapter takes power from the circuit you choose and has a connection point for the cable.
If the ceiling is high, you can also lower the track itself with a suspension set, a hanging system on steel cables of 1.5, 3 or 5 meters. Then the spotlights and pendant lights all hang closer to the table or counter.
There is also the adapter with hook: a steel hook you turn into the track to hang a light, decoration or signage of up to 7 kilos.
For 1-phase there are two shapes: the pendant adapter and the square adapter, both for pendant lights.
Mind the weight
The hook carries seven kilos. That sounds like a lot, but a metal pendant light with a glass shade gets there faster than you think. Weigh it if you are not sure.
And think about what that weight hangs from: not just the adapter, but through the track from the ceiling fixing. A track held by two screws in plasterboard holds a spotlight fine, but not a pendant light. In that case, fix the track into the structure behind.
Which pendant lights are already made for it
Part of our range has the adapter built in and clicks straight onto the track. The Sento is the 3-phase version, with a GU10 socket.
For 1-phase those are the Rilo, the Vando, the Velmo and the Nordo.
An ordinary pendant light without a track connection works too, but then you need the separate adapter and the light's suspension has to fit it.
Spotlights and pendant lights mixed
That is exactly what a track system is for: two pendant lights above a counter, and next to them on the same track a few spotlights lighting the shelves. With 3-phase you can also put them on different circuits, so the pendant lights and spotlights switch separately.

How high to hang it
Above a dining table the usual measurement is 60 to 75 centimeters between the tabletop and the bottom of the light. With a track the height of the adapter comes on top of that, so measure from the bottom of the track, not from the ceiling. More on that in How high do you hang a light above the dining table?

How much weight can a track adapter carry?
The adapter with hook for 3-phase carries up to 7 kilos. We do not give a separate weight for the pendant adapters. Also mind what that weight hangs from: the track must be fixed into the structure, not just plasterboard.
Can you put spotlights and pendant lights on the same track?
Yes. With a 3-phase track you can also put them on different circuits, so the pendant lights and spotlights work on separate switches or dimmers.
