More about LED panels 120x60

A 120 x 60 cm panel fills two tiles of a 60x60 grid, or one tile of a ceiling with a 1200 by 600 mm grid. The large light surface gives a lot of light per fixture, so you can light a workshop, warehouse, classroom or open-plan office with fewer panels.

Which 120x60 panel do you choose?

  • Vasto: back-lit, 6500 lumen from 50 watts. The surface lights up evenly, the UGR is below 19 and with IP44 it can also go in a damp room. You set the colour temperature yourself between 3000K and 6000K.
  • Vela: side-lit and only 10 mm thick, with 7005 lumen from 72 watts. The most powerful panel in our range, replacing a fixture with four 36 watt fluorescent tubes. You choose the colour temperature when ordering: 3000K, 4000K or 5000K.

Back-lit or side-lit

In a back-lit panel the LEDs sit behind the light plate, so the surface lights up very evenly. In a side-lit panel the LEDs sit in the edge and a light guide spreads the light. That makes the panel much thinner, which helps when there is little space above the ceiling.

Frequently asked questions

How many 120x60 panels do I need?

A 120x60 panel gives roughly one and a half to almost two times as much light as a 60x60 panel. Plan for about 500 lux on the work surface in a workspace; ceiling height and the colour of walls and floor do the rest.

Can I dim a 120x60 panel?

Not with the supplied driver. Both panels switch on and off with an ordinary switch.
