We carry two Triac dimmers, both suitable for two-way switching so you can control a light from two locations. If you're unsure about the range, first read \u003ca href=\"\/en\/pages\/led-dimmer-kiezen\"\u003eWhich dimmer works with our spotlights\u003c\/a\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eDrivers for 12V spotlights\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA 12V spotlight needs a driver to reduce the mains voltage. Pay attention to the power: add up the watts of all your spotlights and choose a driver that can handle that, with some margin. Our drivers are dimmable with a remote control, which is useful in places where there isn't a switch in the wall — under a kitchen cabinet, for example, or in a cupboard.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eLoose bulbs\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFor fixtures without built-in LEDs, you need a light source yourself. A \u003cstrong\u003eG9 bulb\u003c\/strong\u003e fits into small fittings, for example, in wall lights. The \u003cstrong\u003eE27 filament bulb\u003c\/strong\u003e is meant to be seen: amber-colored glass at 2200K, with visible filaments. This belongs in a pendant light where the bulb itself is the eye-catcher and isn't tucked away.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eMounting material\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eA \u003cstrong\u003eplaster frame\u003c\/strong\u003e is plastered into the ceiling so that no visible edge remains — the trimless finish. The \u003cstrong\u003econnection cable with Euro plug\u003c\/strong\u003e is used if you want to connect a fixture to a socket instead of hardwiring it, for example, for a test setup or a lamp that needs to be moved. Add up the watts of all the lamps in the group: that total must fall between those two limits. Our dimmers start at 0.5 watts, so even a single spotlight will work.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eHow powerful should my driver be?\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTake the total power of your spotlights and add about twenty percent. A 12V fixture requires a driver, but is often much flatter and therefore suitable for ceilings with little space above them.
